The sleeve is made from a thick card which folds out to form a flower design, there should be a fake wax seal on the front of unopened copies. Some copies came with a contact/information sticker on the reverse.

The promotional releases that were issued by Mushroom Records (UK) LTD. were also sent to Europe, Israel & Australia for promotional releases.
