The debut release. Limited to 3,000 copies came in a metal sleeve, 934 of these were sold commercially with the remaining 2,066 being used a promotional copies, Mushroom Records personnel & competitions. The vinyl itself is housed in a plain black paper inner sleeve with an insert. The insert lists Duke as "Doug Erikson". Some copies came sealed and with a sticker on the reverse (this included a barcode).
