Warner are set to issue both Garbage and Version 2.0 in a box set on September 1st 2008 in the UK and the 5th in Germany.

This information has been taken from the official press release. A single will proceed it on March 5, 2007 in the UK. Possibly It’s all over but the Crying [Single title is Unconfirmed]. NME report that there will also be a new track included on the release which could be the new single, however this is not on the official press release that I have.
UPDATE: YAWN!!! this has once again been put back, I don’t know of a new date.

HMV have renamed the “still yet to be confirmed by Garabge.com” Greatest Hits album to Absolute Garbage. This is now the second name change they have listed, first was Best Of, then Greatest Hits. The Album is due out on April 3, 2006 in the UK. You can pre-order the rumored Double CD from HMVs UK website.

The latest Rumors about the forthcoming Greatest Hits CD from Garbage is that it will be a double CD. HMV have recently brought forward the release date to April 3, 2006. It may also be worth pre-ordering it from there because of the price £9.99 for a double CD if pretty good value.

Garbage.com have still yet to confirm this release.

HMV in the UK have listed a Best of Album by Garbage planned for May 1st 2006. Thats all the details I have on it at the moment. The HMV listing is here.
