Massive Attack mixes of Milk, sold via HMV stores in the UK. On sale for one week only, and a week prior to the official release date of Milk. Limited to 500 copies. The inner sleeve is day glow pink. The outer sleeve has a embossed cover which is different to the other two in the DJMILK range. Some copies came with a press release.

DFI 96 10 DJ MILK 3. this code appears only on the groove run off but may be used by some retailers. The DFI part is from a French company that pressed the vinyl. The 96 stands for the year pressed and the 10 the month pressed.
