When and how did you get into Garbage?
Around the release of version 2.0. I really liked ‘push it’ so I bought the album.

When did you start collecting?
Around the release of Beautifulgarbage.

Do you or did you have any aims when you started out collecting?
Not in particular. I wanted to have of every official song (b-sides and album tracks) on cd I guess.

What is your favourite Garbage item in your collection?
I love the little shut your mouth slipcase that holds all three cd’s. Or possible my milk vinyl. I do have a framed copy of BG with a signed picture of Shirley but it’s not an official item.

How much do you think you have spent on your collection?
Hmmm…not overly sure…maybe £150?

What’s the most you have spent on a Garbage item?
That’s a good question…I remember the milk vinyl being costly…the European shut your mouth single set me back about £13...which is a lot for one cd single…I think anyway…

What’s the most you would ever spend on a Garbage item and what is it?
Hmm..I’d spend over £100 on a signed vinyl lp. Given the chance.

Does your Garbage collecting Obsession stretch to seeing the band live in concert?
Eg: Do you follow the band from Show to Show for a period during a tour?
I’ve only seen them twice I’m afraid. I’d love to follow them on a tour but it’s not possible. Roll on Brixton.

Will you ever sell your Garbage collection? If you were asked this same question in 5 years time what would your answer be?
Not right now, I enjoy it too much. In five years time? Who knows? It depends on whether I still enjoy their music as much as I do now I suppose.
