When and how did you get into Garbage?
The first Garbage song I remember is Special I think. Then I heard Push It in a computer game (NHL 2000) and bought Version 2.0 because I loved it.
When did you start collecting?
In 2001. It wasn’t supposed to be a collection, I just bought some singles and then more singles...
Do you or did you have any aims when you started out collecting?
No.
How big is your collection?
70 items or so. And some t-shirts and stuff like that.
What is your favourite Garbage item in your collection?
The UK OHWIR CD single. It was my first G single, my favourite G song, my first item signed by the band and Girl Don’t Come was the first B-side I’ve heard. Of course the Milk 7” looks very nice too :)
How much do you think you have spent on your collection?
No idea. And I don’t want to know. Not as much as other people on garbagedisco, but hey, I’m Czech, we drink beer, we don’t collect stuff.
What’s the most you have spent on a Garbage item?
About 40 euros on the japanese BeautifulGarbage I think
What’s the most you would ever spend on a Garbage item and what is it?
Not really sure. I don’t think about the expensive stuff too much. I’m usually getting stuff that costs less than 20 pounds.
Does your Garbage collecting Obsession stretch to seeing the band live in concert?
Eg: Do you follow the band from Show to Show for a period during a tour?
Yes. Never really followed the band to more that two gigs in a line though.
Will you ever sell your Garbage collection? If you were asked this same question in 5 years time what would your answer be?
